7 Years ago, Jess and I were visiting with her family, Josh and Emily, in Durango and got into a heated debate about which season was the best. We weighed out pros and cons of the weather, what activities were available, and the emotions that each season stirred up. There was conclusive agreement that we all loved parts of all four seasons Colorado has to offer and it's a big reason as to why we choose to live here. Blessed to get over 300+ days of sun, powder days dumping feet of snow on the mountain within a couple days, and beautiful changing colors in the Fall and Spring.

Top Cues for Your Back Pain and Deadlifting

Back pain is one of the most common injuries in the US, affecting 80% of people in their lifetime and 26% of people in the US at any given time.

As performance physical therapists, we treat an awful lot of back pain at our clinic.

As a result, we prescribe and dose out deadlifts frequently. Deadlifts are and will forever be one of my favorite movements for not only back pain but the self advocacy and empowerment that comes with it.
