Details: "Coffee & Barbells" is a one time strength-focused lifting class designed to help people build strength and resilience with coffee and donuts to follow. The class includes exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and upper body strengthening, performed with a mixture of barbells and dumbbells. A 5-10 minute warmup will be included, but participants are encouraged to arrive warmed up if they are concerned about injury risk.
