Active People in Denver Require Active Solutions

There has been a recent trend of people who found us lately and I think it's pertinent to talk about it.

Here have been some common phrases we’ve heard from recent patients in their evaluations:

  1. They were “discharged” from in-network physical therapy but still having issues with their pain when it comes to the high level activities they participate in.

  2. They plateaued with little to no improvement by the end due to lack of equipment and weights

  3. They started searching and youtubing exercises on their own to find solutions

  4. They are no longer in pain but want to get back to {insert outdoor/weightlifting activity here} but didn’t have a plan to get there

Whether you are a runner trying to get back into racing, a climber trying to get back to the crag, or a weightlifter working their way back to competing or the training floor.

Active people require active solutions.

That's where tailored, performance physical therapy comes into play.

Standard rehab often isn’t enough. Active people require dynamic, movement-based treatment plans that restore strength, improve mobility, and set up for success when it comes to returning to your sport. Whether you're dealing with knee pain, shoulder tightness, back discomfort, or are simply not moving the way you want, the solution needs to match the demands of the end goal.

We take pride in our model of outdoor and performance physical therapy. Each session is treated like a training ground to make sure you’re moving through the rehab continuum and back to what you want to do.

There’s no quick fix or easy solution.

Just solid, intentional, progressive rehab and training that works.

It comes down to working with a provider who has the knowledge and time. The attention to detail to assess and map out what’s going on and where things need to go. And finally, the resources and tools to be able guide you through the next phases.

Active people require active solutions. Don’t let pain keep you from the mountains and being you!
