What's My Age Again?
Time and time again, age is commonly referenced as a primary limitation and can be a major psychological hurdle amongst many individuals in achieving their fitness goals. While age plays a role and consideration to muscle growth, the significance of strength training remains ever present.
An Unexpected Love Language
We all have a love language in how we communicate with our partners and friends. For some acts of service or words of affirmation, others its quality time. For me, my love language happens to be front squats.
