Whats Coming in 2026
Some of you may have already seen this on our social media, if you don't follow us on there already...... you should. But I felt it was pertinent to give an update to everyone else and a few more details behind them.
We had an amazing year in 2025 and had the privilege to work alongside people training for trail races, get back into lifting comps, bigger climbing and ski days. We love the collaboration and partnerships with our patients, and community that has come with it. And we’re looking for bigger in 2026!
Here’s what’s coming:
1) New Team Members
We are in the home stretch on bringing on a new physical therapist this month. Adding another clinician allows us to:
Maintain the high level of individualized, one-on-one care
Improve scheduling availability and reduce wait times for new evaluations
Bring fresh perspective, expertise, and collaboration into our plan of cares.
Our new physical therapist shares the same performance-driven mindset that defines Tundra Performance and Physical Therapy. Someone who understands the demands of training, mountain sports, and an active Colorado lifestyle. We are excited and can't wait to officially announce who it is!
2) New Equipment & Technology
I have a new squat rack sitting in my garage as I type this. Really just waiting for the right weekend to bring it in and get everything installed. From there, its purchasing the weights that come with it in addition to another strength machine for the second floor.
On the tech side. I am focusing efforts on 2 arenas. The first being the potential for force plates and the other a programming software that will improve our capacity to allocate plan of cares and programs. These will enable us:
More objective ways to assess strength, capacity, and movement over time
Improved ability to individualize loading and progression success
Clearer benchmarks to guide return-to-training and return-to-sport decisions
3) New Partnerships and Relationships
This year, we’re intentionally building out and strengthening relationships with more local coaches, gyms, outdoor professionals, and healthcare providers who believe in doing things the right way, prioritizing people, long-term development, and sustainable performance. These partnerships aren’t transactional; they’re built on shared values and a mutual goal of helping our community move, train, and live better. What this means for you:
A more connected support network beyond the clinic
Trusted recommendations to people we know, respect, and collaborate with
Opportunities for shared events, education, and community-driven initiatives
