Cheers to Big Mountains & Big Lifts in 2026

I want to begin by saying, no I do not have a traditional newsletter this week as we will be traveling to Chicago to see Jess's family. With New Year's next Thursday, this officially becomes the final email of the 2025.

As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to say one simple, but deeply meaningful, thing.......Thank You!

Thank you for working with and trusting us with your aches and pains, your goals. Thank you for showing up, putting in the work, asking great questions, and caring about the work as much as we do.

This year, we had the privilege of working alongside people training for trail races, ski seasons, big mountain days, strength goals, and everyday longevity and health. We helped athletes navigate injuries, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that was the mountains, the gym, or simply feeling strong and capable again.

We’re continually reminded that what we do goes far beyond rehab or training. It’s about collaboration and partnership without our patients. It’s about listening, problem-solving, and support. Helping you move forward with intention and direction. We’re incredibly proud of the community that surrounds Tundra Performance & Physical Therapy.

As we head into 2026, our mission remains the same:
To help active people move better, get stronger, and stay connected to the outdoors and training they love.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We’re grateful for every session, every conversation, and every mile you take beyond our doors.

Wishing you a healthy finish to the year and cheers to Big Mountains & Big Lifts in 2026!

With gratitude,
Josh & The Tundra Performance Team
